Business, like life, moves through seasons—some marked by growth and celebration, others by loss and quiet perseverance. This Sales Bit reflects on renewal, gratitude, and the deeper growth that takes place beyond numbers, especially during the Christmas season.
From Denny Vander Molen, President of Vermeer MidSouth and Founder and CEO of Jackson Endeavors
Time has passages. Passages through times of abundance and of loss. Times of joy and times of sadness or even grief. Times for giving and times for receiving. Times of winning and those of losing.
“Behold, I am making all things new.” — John in Revelation 21:5
Christmas gives us a quick snapshot of "all things new"—new relationships, new babies, new neighbors and friends, or even new things. We are also aware and mindful of those who have experienced loss, even significant loss, during this season.
As the passages of time include both planting and harvest, we can celebrate another milestone at Vermeer MidSouth. This year has been a year of blessing and growth for many of you. It is humbling to see and experience another season of strong growth—growth in sales, but more importantly, growth in character, skill, productivity, and relationships.
It is my wish for each of you the best and most blessed of this Christmas season, whatever that looks like. You and your families are central to why we are here. For you all, we are grateful.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made. In him was life, and life was the light of men. And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.” — John 1:1-5
Are you ready to make more things ‘new’?
Merry Christmas to all!
