Celebrating Milestones and Growth

Over the years, our team has achieved numerous milestones, contributing to our growth in sales volume, experience, and the delivery of goods and services. Most importantly, we have built trust in the marketplace. This growth is truly admirable.

We want to recognize three of our team members for their dedicated service to the customers and vendors. Together, they represent over 55 years of service:

• Larry: Larry has served Shreveport customers with superior parts deliveries for over 25 years. He continued his parts career in 2004 after working with our predecessor. Customers have consistently praised Larry's expertise, and internally, his meticulous paperwork is highly regarded. We are grateful for Larry's dedicated years of service!

• Paula: Paula has been handling our phones for over 16 years. When she started, phone duties were centralized in Jackson. Paula also managed invoicing for sales and rentals while performing other administrative duties. Recently, she became the point person for our centralized phone reception, often being the first voice heard by customers across the mid-south region, the nation, and even internationally. We are thankful for Paula's years of dedicated service!

• Debbie: Debbie has led our accounts payable department for 14 years. She joined us during the last recession and was instrumental in establishing effective processes that supported our exponential growth in sales. Can you imagine the number of invoices processed daily, weekly, and monthly for the company? We are deeply grateful for Debbie's dedication!
